The Tweet That Made My Day (Grammer Related)

By: Ebonye Gussine Wilkins

As many of you know, I have a deep love of sitcoms. I watch them over and over to make myself laugh, and to study the writing to make my writing better. I often post about what I have learned about writing well from sitcoms, as you can tell from some of my earlier posts: Lessons from Sitcoms 1, and Lessons from Sitcoms 2. Don’t worry, I will come back with parts 3–5 later (and yes, that was an en dash that I used).

As you also may know, that besides watching shows like Frasier, 30 Rock, Parks & Recreation, and Portlandia, that I am in love with editing and most things grammar related.

To my surprise this morning, Kelsey Grammer joined Twitter. Why? To fix the grammar problems that plagues the average Twitter user. Hence, #KelseyGrammerGrammar.

As I welcomed @KelseyGrammer to Twitter, I got the most delightful surprise a few minutes later.
